This shoot was more of a challenge than an actual shoot (the fridge one was 'official' one). This one is f*cking amazing and totally blows away the fridge one though. HNTM has done many B/W beautyshots like these but these are miles above the rest. Quality is fantastic, the girls look vibrant and nobody underperformed. Best HNTM top 5 and one of the best shoots ever. Mindblowing.
1. Michelle - FLAWLESS. I had a really hard time ranking this top 3, because all 3 did flawless, but in the end I chose for Michelle. In some books this could maybe be a bit too intens for a natural beauty shot, but for me it totally works. It looks like she can kill everybody with those eyes and mixed with her hair she looks energized. So strong and so edgy! Michelle is love.
2. Tamara - I like how she is the only one with a full body shot but still making it work. Looking powerful, sexy and confident. Her eyes are connecting with the camera really well and I love how she shows a more natural side of herself for the first time.
3. Riquelle - I have a hard time putting Riquelle 3rd because this shot is amazing too. So youthful again. She gives a very shy look and it's totally convincing. Perfection.
4. Elise - this is stunning! Gorgeous African women. For the first time I think the afro hair works for the picture and she is giving some intensity in the eyes we haven't seen before. Very fierce.
5. Nancy - it's a good shot, but the least impressive. Maybe if I got better quality I'd change my mind but for some strange reason they never uploaded it. Still drop dead gorgeous though.
