Episode 16 | Iconic B/W shots

Now this is a high quality shoot. The aim was to deliver a picture people will remember you for, and I love how it turned out. Every shot is simple, yet unique and edgy. The photographer did a fantastic job and I hope this dude will return for every upcoming season to do the final shoot. They created art that shoot and it's my favorite of the season. What a great way to finish it.

1. Marcus - This is art. He made that white feather thing or whatever it is work, which seems challenging. His cheekbones are striking and I love the fragileness in his eyes. He excelled for delivering a shot people will remember him for. My favorite winner's shot ever on this show. Based on overall performance, Silke was a bit stronger. But in the end Marcus did have more potential for the future and a steady performance as well, so I'm really happy with his win.

2. Lenny (4th) - This is a fantastic photo of Lenny. I love how her authencity falls perfectly on it's place here. Her imperfections make this picture iconic on it's own way, and her pouted lips aren't even bothering. I love the crossed legs and the finger on her arm. It is so quirky and so Lenny, yet edgy. I love  Fourth place is where I would place her in the end too based on overall performance. I feel like the other 3 are most consistent.

3. Silke (runner-up) - Also silke did a fantastic job. Her face looks extremely beautiful and fragile. I love how elegant yet broken her body looks. Just like Lenny, the weird details (like the placement of her fingers on her head) make this picture an iconic one. Like I said at Marcus' shot, it was really close between these 2. But Silke has one of my all time favorite performances and is one of the most passionated and motivated models ever, so she is my winner of this season.

4. Jay (runner-up) - It's the weakest shot of the shoot, but it still deserves a place in my top 100 all time favorite HNTM shots. I adore his face in this picture. His expression looks pure and sensitive. Like his eyes are the door to his soul. I think what makes it a bit less than the rest is that he doesn't use his body well enough to make it memorable. I feel like he should have been place thirth instead of being shared runner-up with Silke. Photoshoot wise he was as consistent as Silke and Marcus, but based on this shoot and his runway skills (which were below average) they shouldn't have placed him equal with Silke.
