Episode 9 | Androgynous JFK shoot

The last shoot of this season was an incredible one again, shot by the same photographer judge who did last week's shoot and the promoshoot. He really is an awesome photographer and made some of the best shoots ever during HNTM. Again this shoot has great quality, a simple but workable concept and believable results. This is how a final shoot should look like. There was also a comeback contestant at this finale: Colette, which obviously should have been the robbed Denise.

1. Noor (4th) - This is the best she has ever looked. It is looking like it could be in Vogue Italia, very cool, editorial picture. Love her mysterious and young looking face. Also for the first time her body looks totally convinced. Great improvement throughout the show, even though she got a lot of chances in the beginning, which is why I think 4th place is deserved for her. Incredible face, but needed more time to develop.

2. Colette (2nd) - I see a little insecurity in the eyes, but for the rest it's a great comeback shot. Body looks amazing and her face is so beautiful and symmetrical. The best she has looked for sure and I wish this was her make-over instead of going all bald. I feel runner-up above Emma is not where I'd place her based on overall performance on shoots and challenges, but she really proved herself with this shot.

3. Emma (3rd) - The picture is nice, but not mindblowing. Her face is looking stunning as usual and I love how androgynous she looks, but I think it's just a little more flat than the other 2. She could have done something more exciting. Though, out of these 4 she was still my pick for the winner since she had the most potential out of the whole cast. She has done extremely well on runway and challenges and her portfolio was the best from the final 4, so I'd say robbed.

4. Akke Marije (winner) - It's on the same level as her whole portfolio: alright but not great. The photography kind of saves it for me because her face just doesn't fit for this shoot. Her expression is rather weak. I think she did improve since the very first shoot, but definitely not enough to become the winner. She does have commercial potential but she's not winner material at all.
