After a strong start, this was such a downgrade. This season really lost credibility after these. They want to discover a topmodel yet they let them do a amateur commercial shoot for ECCO, a shoot any random women could be booked for. The styling is housewife-ish and the quality is horrible. They made all these beautiful girls look old.
1. Catharina - Catharina still manages to deliver a good shot in this mess. I like the movement in her legs and how she is using her props well. Her face is also one of the only that still looks good in these circumstances.
2. Lianne - Lianne also did well. Her face looks strong and still beautiful in this mess, she is selling the shoes and I feel like this is what an average shoe campaign could look like. Believable shot.
3. Denise - Her smile looks really genuine, I could see her booking a lot of tv commercials with it. The picture is looking very comfortable and believable.
4. Melanie - I wanted to see her go home this week, but I agree this shot isn't elimination worthy in comparison with some of the others. I like her smize, it makes her look like McKey. She is selling the shoes and I could definitely see her in a campaign like this, but I don't know if that's a good thing.
5. Maxime - Not liking this. The red hair together with the purple dress plus the hay and photography makes the image look soo tacky. Her body language is okay and so is her face, so it's mostly not her fault.
6. Rosalinde - You could tell from this picture she is totally not comfortable posing with this dude. It feels a bit awkward to watch, but at least she doesn't look like a 40 years old.
7. Sarah (eliminated) - A young, pretty girl got transformed into an old looking housewife. Seriously, what did they do to her in this shoot. They made her look pregnant. At least she doesn't look as cheesy in the face as the other 3. I think Melanie or Tessa deserved the boot a bit more, but I don't really mind her elimination. Look wise she was obviously one of the weaker ones of the cast and her shots always got overshadowed by most of the other girls.
8. Bianca - You can barely see her face but even from afar it's obvious that the smiling is super cheesy. At least that awful haircolour is hidden now by her head..
9. Tessa - They transformed her from a 16 years old girl into a 35-40 years old mother in this shoot. Just like Sarah, the image makes her look like an average housewife. Really bad look on Tessa. Her slumped body language and cheesy smile don't help with that.
10. Justine - Justine is obviously more of a high fashion model than a commercial one. This is just super uncomfortable to look it. I feel like the whole look doesn't work on her in the first place and her smile looks really forced. The amount of foundation makes it look extra amateur.
