This shoot was a perfume ad for "Bruno Banani". It was a pretty nice shoot. Some girls underperformed and the photoshop is a bit too much, but I like the whole concept. The fanning blue dresses mixed with the background and the male model with the bodypainted back (who is a contestant of The Face Holland by the way) match with eachother nicely and could be a real perfume ad. It was hard to rank these though, most of pretty much performed the same.
1. Tamara - she killed it again. My eyes go straightly to her. The face totally works and so does the body. She totally dominates the male model. Even if she more edgy instead of the commercial/perfume ad girl, she made it work and I can see this being an ad.
2. Mieke - also an amazing shot. She totally works the dress and the body language is great. Also her face looks is something we haven't seen before of her. She looks like a stunning Russian actress here.
3. Nancy - as a whole it's a nice shot. I like how flirty she looks into the camera but that there's still interaction with the male model.
4. Michelle - she did okay: body is nice but her face doesn't do much for me. There's not much energy in this picture and it doesn't look very convincing.
5. Mandy - I really like how her face looks here. She looks androgynous, and again Mandy succeed to look surprisingly different in this shoot again. As a whole it's a little stiff tho. She could have used some more movement in the body.
6. Roxanne - as a total picture it's okay, and body wise she improved in comparison with the other weeks. Her face looks beautiful, but is lacking the 'oomph' again. There's still some insecurity in this photo.
7. Riquelle - I don't think it's a bad shot, but it's not believable. I like the hand, but she is leaning too much on the dude and she looks a little drunk or something. Her face is a little stiff and not very inviting for a perfume ad.
8. Elise - waaay better with long hair! But she doesn't work it at all. She is just standing there. Her face looks beautiful but bored, she's resting on her beauty too much.
9. Claudia (elimination) - I like her legs and how she works the dress, but overall it's the weakest shot. Not a good angle of her face and she looks a little insecure. There's not much life in this shot. I liked Claudia, but at this point it really was her time to go so 100% agree with this elimination.
