These make-overs were not great, but I'm okay with them. A lot could have been executed better, but at least I'm happy they didn't really totally destroy much of the girls potential with crazy looking haircuts.
Akke Marije - They didn't do much to her and I'm happy with that. I think long, blonde hair works the best for her and I like the lighter tint.
Anne Wytske - They kind of downgraded her. I don't think the colour is bad but if they wanted it to pull off but she needed bleached eyebrows and a longer length to make it work because now it looks awkward. I also think a more dramatic look like bald or short hair would make her stand out a lot more. Or maybe more reddish. So many options, but they didn't choose the right one imo.
Arantxa - The blond curls are horrible and mixed with the bleached eyebrows it looks like a bad MO on first sight. When it's straightened, it both works (like on the shoot) and it makes her look more expensive and edgy. Straight her makes her more modelesque.
Cherie - I like that they straightened her hair because the curls make her way too commercial. The colour should have been different though. I would have dyed it brown-reddish.
Colette - The worst make-over of the season. Bald hair doesn't fit her at all and makes her face look puffy. She has a very soft and young looking face and wanting to make her look more androgynous doesn't work on her. I would have kept it like before.
Denise - It looks kind of awkward on this photo, but it's not bad. I think the bangs can give her more of an edge in some shoots and she is still able to pull them back so I don't mind. A little darker colour would have been cool, but it's still fine.
Emma - The after photo is a little awkward but that's mostly because of her expression and the make-up. I'm happy with this make-over. Her bleached eyebrows and dark colour made her look very edgy and characteristic so I'm glad they didn't change it.
Lena - I don't really like what they did. I think dark hair and straightened might have been a more interesting look for her.
Lyanne - Fantastic MO! I love the red hair, but not being "too much". It makes her face stand out so much more and the length is perfect.
Noor - Red hair is totally for her and it makes her look stand out a lot more. Love it.
Sarah - How the bangs can make Denise look a little edgier, it makes her less modelesque and more mature. I think they shouldn't have touched her hair since the colour and length was fine the way it was.
