Episode 9 | Jumping in underwear

After house 1 and 2 merged together, they had a duoshoot on a trampoline for an underwear/hoodie brand. The models had to portray they could conquer anything. The best duo (Benjamin and Silke) won a role in the real campaign. It was more of a challenge since the shots weren't shown during panel, but the execution is still pretty good. It's believable as a commercial shoot, and I like the concept of jumping in front of the gigantic I Am Torro logo. I do think a few of them look really poor, which makes everything less serious looking.

1. Silke - Silke deserved her prize at this one. Girl knows how to use her body, even on a trampoline. It looks sporty and dynamic, which fits the brand. I love the superhero vibe, and I definitely believe she can conquer everything. I also like how she's playing with the cap.

2. Lenny - A very close runner-up for me. It's a shame Nick did quite bad, because they would have looked great together in the campaign. There's a lot of confidence and fire in these pictures, that I haven't seen from Lenny so far. Big improvement!

3. Bibi - When we look at the concept of the shoot, these pictures lack fire. Though Bibi still delivered nice and believable shots. She looks very young and playful, it works for me. Her body placement looks in control.

4. Jay - If I'm judging them as duo's, I think Bibi and Jay should have won. As a team they delivered the most believable picture. As individual, he had the best poses out of the guys. With his sexy masculine look, he fits the most as I Am Torro boy. His expression is a little too much for my taste though. If he relaxed his face a little bit more, it would have been perfect.

5. Benjamin - Benjamin did okay for me. I like the fire in his body, but he should have elongated himself in the duo shot. The screaming face looks strange. His face is gorgeous in the solo shot though. He had luck being paired up with Silke, but I didn't bother seeing him winning

6. Jawahir - Not great, not bad. The poses are alright, but it lacks some sophistication. She looks a bit too tensed. Facially it's nothing exciting, but at least she doesn't look totally out of place like #8 #9 and #10.

7. Maha - The poses still need a lot of work. Her body looks stumpy in these shots, but facially she did well. I love the fierceness in her face at the solo picture.

8. Nick - I don't get why HNTM always wants to make their models scream in pictures when portraying strength. It's not like you can't transfer power into your pictures if you're not screaming. These are very unprofessional looking, but at least this looks more like he seems to know what he's doing than the latter 2.

9. Sam - These are really bad. Nothing convincing about it, he looks clueless. I do like how he's trying out with posing, but it comes off very amateur. His expression is ridiculous too.

10. Marcus - Same for what I wrote at Sam, but he doesn't even look like he's taking it serious. The solo shot is one of the worst shots ever. It reminds me of Lisse's trampoline shot from Benelux' NTM 2 (enough said I think). His pose looks pretty cool at the duo shot, but the weird face he is pulling ruins it.
